Transforming Revenue Potential Through Advanced Scoring Models

This visualization highlights the results of a graded scoring model applied to a client focused on four core sub-segments. However, deeper analysis revealed higher-potential segments, shown on the Y-axis and further left on the chart, that were underserved despite transacting millions annually.

These segments demonstrated greater purchasing frequency and higher transaction values than the core customers, unveiling a new Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Leveraging these insights, we established product-market fit and developed targeted campaigns based on purchase behavior.

For instance, the top-tier “100 Grade” customers averaged $66K in annual purchases across 5.3 transactions per year. Outbound campaigns targeting this segment launched in January, driving maximum revenue. A similar approach was applied to “90 Grade” customers, who purchased four times per year.

Using the scoring model, high-value customers were matched with broader market prospects through a like-for-like algorithmic analysis, effectively acquiring new, high-potential customers. Lower-scoring customers were transitioned to an inside sales strategy, emphasizing scalable, high-volume approaches.
